Position Summary:

This position oversees mechanical utilities, civil engineering, and HVAC teams for IL Apparel. The incumbent will develop maintenance SOPs, assist operations with machine inquiries, evaluate vendors, and ensure spare parts availability. The goal is to keep all machinery running smoothly.

Job Description:

• Responsible for utilities maintenance management including up keeping of roads, buildings, HVAC, compressors, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Responsible for utilities operations management to ensure smooth running of chillers, HVAC, compressed air, RO plant, water turbines, at all times for uninterruptable supply of utilities at the production floors.
• Ensure cost effective and timely installation of new machinery at the plant.
• Ensure that spare parts are being procured as per the technical specification and are available at minimum cost.
• Responsible for timely planning, budgeting and execution of the assigned projects within the defined limits.
• Lead team and contribute to a disciplined, conducive and safe working environment in the Unit, Department and the Organization.
