Position Summary:

This position exists to support the management of outsourced warehousing and distribution, international shipments consolidation, and domestic transportation working in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Job Description:

• Responsible for fleet management including coordinating with sales, tracking shipments, managing inventory, monitoring fleet performance, scheduling repairs, and overseeing logistics policies and procedures.
• Responsible for cost management activities; identifying cost-saving opportunities, entering data in the system and also validating vendor invoices.
• Responsible for stakeholder management which involves updating shipment schedules, addressing customer service issues, maintaining communication with counterparts and drivers, and monitoring delivery performance.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead team and contribute to a disciplined, conducive and safe working environment in the department and the Organization.
