Position Summary:

The position is responsible for managing Finished Goods Inventory Management (IM) in ILA, coordinating daily operations, audits, and cycle counting, generating IM reports, and contributing to process improvement.

Job Description:

• Ensure effective management of finished goods inventory by efficient utilization of storage capacity, proper sorting of products, and stuffing of containers as per customers requirements.
• Responsible for efficient Cargo Dispatch Management by physical inspection of the container, arrangement of vehicles, loading of shipment stock and sharing relevant documents with City office, Mechanizing & PPC.
• Palletizing the leftover garments and categorically receipt in the system.Ensuring the segregation & management of hazardous/non-hazardous wastes as per company SOP & EHS standards.Ensure the availability of the leftover garments in a fair-price shop (FPS).
• Ensuring proper stock of uniforms for sale at FPS for new joiners.
• Ensuring on-time payments to all local & international suppliers after following all protocols of One Window Operation.
• Prepares shipment summary report, projected cargo shipment report, and generates customized stock report.
• Responsible for people management and EHS compliance
