Job Description

• Responsible to study BOM and Inputs of PD and verification of customer tech pack.
• Responsible for Configuration and Sharing of Yarn and Fabric Demand Plans.
• Responsible for checking fabric costs with approved cost sheets and worked with the costing team for an update of costing data for proactive alert and updates of record for replenishment deliveries.
• Responsible to look into the wastages produced through yarn dyeing, knitting and dyeing process operations and plan accordingly to avoid cost factors and analyze the defects occurring from operations.
• Cost Reduction through utilization of left-over fabrics.
• Continuous monitoring of plan vs actual wastages and working on revision of built in waste margins for overall waste reduction.
• Responsible in tracking complete records of left-over materials and consistently updating record with day to day consumptions.
• Continuous coordination with relevant teams for reduction in fabric consumption.
• Responsible for coordination with production team for generating potential shortfalls to proactively save order lead times and to save OTP.
