  • Ensure that raw material delivered to cutting is approved by FID at the previous stage; in case of any issue raise the flag.
  • Make sure to crosscheck Size range and quantity with DataTex sheet provided by cutting
  • Make sure to follow PP Meeting comments before cutting
  • Before bulk cutting ensure that pre working is done properly
  • Ensure that C-Tax Or relaxation done as recommended by QA / customer
  • Ensure that Fabric and lining code & quality received for bulk cutting as per specs and sample.
  • Ensure to measure one point in length and one point in width, of each marker of every order to crosscheck the shrinkage is incorporated.
  • Review the fabric inspection report and shrinkage report before proceeding with cutting and make sure to eliminate the faults and resolve issues as per requirement.
  • Take effective measures to build in quality parameters in the system increasing product reliability, customer satisfaction and cost - efficient production.
  • Make sure that the PCR risk analysis & PP comments properly implemented at the time of Cutting
  • Ensure that the maximum faults are highlight during spreading and guide the concerned staff to replace the faulty penal in same shade and shrinkage.
  • Make sure the numbering & bundling is done correctly and bundling sticker are properly paste as per cut detail sheet.
  • Ensure that QC check is properly performed and cutting DHU report is shared with all stakeholders; take preventive measure to reduce the fault ratio.
  • Ensure that all QC approved patterns regarding stitching & embroidery is timely delivered to both respective section after quality control verification.
  • Make sure all quality reports are properly filled with signature of relevant QC and production In charge
  • Make sure that Quality file is properly made with all the required documents as per checklist and is timely delivered to stitching and avoid any bottleneck.


  • Make sure “fusing machine” and “Peel Bond tester” calibration done properly
  • Make sure bulk and PPR fusing should attached as per recommendation in specs
  • Make sure to start bulk fusing after approval by QC fusing
  • Make sure to check Fusing machine and do peel bond test as per MCP
  • Make sure to keep record of every approval with sign of QC and QC supervisor


  • Make sure approval of PPR OR Bulk printing or embossing by checking all requirements.
  • Make sure Temperature calibration and reports are properly making
  • If any issue observed in printing or Embossing then inform senior accordingly
  • Make sure minimum rejection 
  • Make sure to do bulk trials and it’s follow up, No delay should be in follow up & decision at QC end


  • Before bulk and PPR, Make sure that EMB design is approved as per specs and samples
  • Ensure EMB thread code and tex should be as per specs
  • Ensure EMB placement should be as per recommended pattern or samples if same grading
  • No work stoppage due to approval
  • Make sure to verify embroidery pattern before bulk
  • Make sure all quality reports are properly filled with the signature of relevant QC and production In charge


  • Make sure Raw material cutting as per Specs
  • Make sure sample and specs available
  • No work stoppage due to quality
  • Make sure PPR make as per sample and specs
  • Make sure Before Wash Measurement of all PPR done timely
  • Make sure After Wash PPR Measurement done timely, if any issue in Measurement, inform to concern QA
  • Make sure all finding to share QA team if any issue observed i.e. Bubbling, Damaging, Thread Bleed, Label Bleed or any major issue


  • Ensure that all risk points are properly followed in production to avoid reoccurrence and wastage.
  • Analyze the rejection at various stages of the production process and coordinate closely with quality team and production in order to find solutions to minimize the rejection of the end - product.
  • Focus on factor wise rejection and ensure that all steps properly implemented in process
  • Take measures to minimize the abnormal factors of the rejection and make sure the all decided preventive measures are properly implemented in the process
